At Trophy House, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are customized, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement only if:
• The product was received damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item (wrong design, name, or model)
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Note: Personalized or custom-made trophies are non-returnable unless they fall under the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Products with errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes in engraving)
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Orders canceled after production has started
3. Return Process
To request a return:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item
3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• For prepaid orders, refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Cash-on-Delivery orders (if applicable) will be refunded via bank transfer.
5. Replacements
• If eligible, we will send a free replacement of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Replacement shipping costs will be borne by Trophy House.
6. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if production hasn’t started.
• Once customization or production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
